A raised floor is constructed with a wooden framework that bridges from one exterior wall to another.

Cut pressure treated 2 x 4 boards to length and lay them along the chalk line.
Process first you should clean the area where the wall framing will be installed by cleaning sweeping and vacuuming as necessary.
Subtract 3 1 4 inches to find the stud length needed.
When you have a window on the concrete wall you will have to build a frame around the window.
Use an impact driver to drive a 3 tapcon screw through the wood and into the floor.
